If I use the Japanese Bios for PS2 PC emulator, will Japanese games work?

I have a PS2 but its an American Version, I just want to see if I can get it to work with a PC before I go messing around with the chip n’ stuff. Just looking for an alternative.

Using the Japanese Bios would allow Japanese PS2 games to work. If your using US bios then the emulator is emulating a US console so it won’t run japanese gamese. If you run Japanese bios then the emulator will be emulating a Japanese console and so it will run Japanese games. Even the best computers can’t run PS2 emulators very fast though, so don’t expect to be playing your favorite games at full speed.
