Did you really intend to ask about saving? or playing??
It’s already been announced that first party games will be region free so you can play them (and one would assume save also) to any Wii from anywhere in the world. Third party games on the other hand, are not guarenteed region free, it is at the discretion of the publisher. If you can’t play it, you can’t save it obviously…
